An energizing, flow yoga class that blends the best of Hatha and Kundalini styles with Yin Yoga.

Beginning with an enlivening, heating sequence to help you to reduce stress, enhance flexibility, strengthen and condition your entire body, the class winds down with bliss-inducing Yin Yoga and meditation. Harmonize and balance your subtle energy system, “juice your joints” and free your mind, with this life-changing, cooling practice that has people singing in the streets about its miraculous benefits!

Yin Yoga: Go Deep, Open & Energize

Replenish, revive, balance and restore.

Get to know your inner emotional landscape with this profound mind-body “un-workout.” Yin yoga is a practice of long-held, deeply relaxing “stretching” poses that open and harmonize the “meridians,” or energy pathways in the body, helping you to quietly collect and gather your “chi,” your life force. Yin yoga is a “cool” calming, restorative practice that literally helps you to recharge your batteries. Liberate the body’s chronic holding patterns, relieve pain, restore youthful joint mobility, and literally lubricate the joints, recapturing the ease and freedom of movement you used to have as a child.
