Workshop Policies

*Please note there will be no exceptions to any of the following policies. 
We thank you for your respect and consideration. 
*We kindly ask that you choose carefully, and register and purchase mindfully, as we do not offer refunds for our workshops, sessions or classes under any circumstances, emergency or other. 
*If in the event that you are unable to attend a workshop, class or session because of a legitimate emergency, we will allow you to send a proxy student in your place. However, in order for us to approve a proxy attending the specific event you have registered for, you must alert us of your issue and desire to send a representative a minimum of 3 weeks in advance of a scheduled event, and your proxy must have similar credentials and experience as yourself to qualify. 
*Once you have selected a proxy, we will need to have that person email with name, address, contact information, as well as a copied email “cc’ed” written statement from both parties concerned, that the person you have chosen as your proxy has agreed to take your place and that you have taken care of the financial details with that person.
*If you are unable to locate an eligible proxy, as a last resort, we will alternatively allow you to apply your funds towards private sessions with Jennifer based upon her availability. If you are unable to schedule your private sessions based upon Jennifer’s availability up to 3 months from the purchase date of the event you registered for, we regret to inform you that you will have forgone the event funds.
