Weekend Winter Retreats

I held these wonderful weekend “urban retreats” this past Fall, they were so popular, that I had to do a reprisal this Winter!
Here’s how they work: You can schedule either as an individual, or as a group of two or more, and book a block of hours on one, two, or three days consecutively to cover absolutely any aspect of the Pilates or Waking Energy syllabus you feel you would like to work on- anything from sessions on your own body to deepen your understanding of the work, to Q&A sessions about the whys and wherefores of the work, stand-alone sessions of Yin Yoga or the Qigong Self-massage, Pilates hands-on techniques, to mat work, to the beginner exercises, scoliosis variations, advanced work, absolutely anything your heart desires and your body needs.
The weekends can also include a combination of private sessions for your body, as well as syllabus and teaching work, something I know that many of you have experienced with me already; and remember: it is SO important to give back to yourself when you are giving so much to others.
In the past, many of you have turned these weekends into a kind of “urban spa retreat” with a girlfriend, which I highly recommend having done such things myself.
On each of the designated days and weekends that are currently open, that full Friday, Saturday and Sunday will all be available on a first-come, first-served basis for those of you who would like to schedule.
The hourly rate for these weekends is $125 and last Fall, these sessions went very fast, so I recommend booking yours early.
