Design your own session with Jennifer and book as an individual, or organize an outing with a good friend, or a group!
These sessions are open to everyone from beginners to professionals.
~All levels are welcome and no prior experience is necessary.
The Retreat Sessions can be anything you feel you would like to work on:
- Private sessions on your own body for total body conditioning and strengthening to deepen and refine your understanding of the work: Pilates, Yoga or Waking Energy
- For Teachers: Q&A sessions about the whys and wherefores of the work
- Stand-alone sessions of Yin Yoga or the Qigong Self-massage Series from Waking Energy
- For Pilates professionals: hands-on techniques, mat work, beginner exercises, scoliosis variations, advanced work
- Private or Duet Pilates on the apparatus, for strength training, or injury rehabilitation
